A new report from LeanIn.Org and McKinsey & Company reveals how the pandemic is impacting women in corporate AmericaOne in four women are thinking about leaving the workforce or downshifting their careers because of COVID-19. The report also focuses on three groups of women who have been hit hardest: mothers, Black women and women in senior management level positions.
